Privacy

Yebko is a static website. We have no user accounts, no forms and no cookies of our own. Below is everything that leaves your browser when you use the site.

Town choice on the home page

If you pick a town on the home page, your browser remembers it (localStorage). It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Map

Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap servers only when the map scrolls into view or you press “Map”. OpenStreetMap then sees your IP address, like any web server. See the OpenStreetMap privacy policy.

Location

Your location is requested only when you press “Nearest”. Distances are calculated in your browser and your location is not sent to us or anyone else.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics for visit statistics. It is loaded only if you accept analytics in the consent window. Until then, all purposes are denied in Google Consent Mode.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

To keep the site running we show Google AdSense ads. With your consent, Google and its partners may use cookies to show interest-based ads and measure ad performance. Without consent, limited non-personalised ads are shown. More: how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ad Settings and for many other ad providers at youronlinechoices.com.

Consent and withdrawing it

On your first visit Google’s certified consent management platform (CMP) asks you to accept or decline. You can change your choice at any time with the “Privacy settings” button in the footer. The legal basis for processing is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
